Our goal is to manufacture the highest quality embroidered products for you. When you email your artwork in vector format also known as geometric modeling you help us do that.
Vector artwork makes use of lines, points and curves that are based on mathematical equations to represent images. JPEGs and GIFs are pixelated images created by a lossy data compression method.
The most important aspect of vector art for us is that when the image is enlarged the lines are smooth. They are not pixilated so the image does not become distorted. This is very important for our digitizer when they take your design and create the computer file that the embroidery machine will work from.
Vector art can be created with Photoshop. It’s not hard to do if you are familiar with the program. If you have a graphic artist at your company that knows Photoshop it should be easy for them to vectorize your logo.
To watch the video below that displays the process double click the PLAY button in the middle of the screen. Push the PAUSE button in the lower left of the screen when you would like to STOP the video and continue to browse through the site.
Vector artwork is truly an art form. Most likely your company logo will not be as intricate as the art displayed in the video but if it is, we can take care of it. Once we have your embroidery design our digitizer will begin the process.
