The embroidery machine can have anywhere from 1 to 18 sewing heads or more. The more heads the machine has, the more garments we can embroider at one time.
For example lets say that you had an order for 100 polo shirts to outfit the crew in your pizza shop. Instead of embroidering one polo shirt at a time we would set up an 18 head Tajima machine to run 18 shirts at once. With multiple machines set up to run the production of your polo shirts it is easy to be efficient.
Each machine must be "set up" to run a job. The thread has to be laced through the machine in preparation to embroider the logo. This process can take anywhere from 1 to 6 hours to complete. To learn about our thread and embroidery needles here at Sichel click the links below.

There are some projects that we would do by hand. Custom made one-of-a-kind items can be done at Sichel in our On-Camera Dpt. Click the On-Camera Dpt link on the navigation bar to the left to learn more about the servieces that are offered at Sichel.
