So you need embroidered shirts as uniforms for your employees. Or maybe you want to give them as gifts. Lets go through the process of producing your shirts from beginning to end. First you would go to the Catalog page by clicking the link on the navigation bar to the left. Then you would browse through the on-line catalogs until you find the perfect shirt style for your needs. Sichel can also manufacture custom made embroidered jackets and clothing if you would like your items to be one-of-a-kind. After finding the perfect shirt, just give us a call at 818-255-0862 and let us know about your project. Tell us what style shirt you would like to have embroidered and the quantity. Then we would need to have your logo emailed to us in vector format. Once we have your artwork our digitizer will determine the stitch count. A digitized computer file of your logo will be created. The file plots out each stitch of your logo. Once the file has been created you can re-use it over and over again for future orders. We will put an estimate together based on the number of stitches in your logo, the shirt style and quantity of shirts that you would like to have done. If you would like to have embroidered shirts made with two separate logos in two locations on the shirt we would put the estimate together based on your needs. So now we have created the digital computer file for your logo. You have picked out your shirt style and you need a quantity of 300 shirts. The next step in the process is to schedule the shirts for production here in our factory. To find out more about the process go to the Embroidery Machine page in the navigation bar to the left. When production of the shirts is complete we can ship them to you using your UPS number or we can use ours and bill you for the shipping. If you are local you also have the option of coming by the factory and picking them up. |
