A little while ago I produced 1,500 scarves for one of our clients. First, they contacted me by email to let us know what they needed. Then we sent them pictures of a variety of items that they could choose from. While they were choosing which item they wanted we had them email their artwork in vector format. Our digitizer created a computer file of their design. Each stitch of their design is plotted out for our embroidery machine. After our client chose which scarf they wanted we ran a sample of the scarf with their logo and the thread colors that they chose. Once the sample was done we took a digital picture and emailed it to them so that they see the scarf and approve it to go into production. This particular client only needed a picture of the scarf for approval. We have other clients that like to have the sample sent out to them so that they can see and hold the item. We have no problem doing that. When our client sent their approval email we were all set to go so we put the job into our production schedule. Production times vary depending on our schedule. When you place your order we will be able to give you a ship date for your project. After production the items go to our trimming department to make sure the embroidery is clean for each item. Then they were packaged and sent to the shipping department to go out to the client.
