Digitizing Computerized Embroidery, Revolutionizing the Embroidery Industry
Digitizing is a process. Each stitch in the artwork is plotted out by computer and saved in a file. That file is then put onto a disk which goes into the embroidery machine. The machine will follow the pattern from the computer file and stitch the designs onto the fabric.
The digitizing software that is used to "punch" a tape plots out each stitch. It takes years of experience to learn how to create a tape that will clearly stitch out a logo. The density (number of stitches), the type of fabric that the design will go on and an understanding of the production process are all factors in creating a file that will produce a crisp image.
Reducing the number of stops and jump stitches will do two things. First and most important it will help to create a smooth and connected design. It will also help prevent thread breakage. A sharp embroidered logo will be the result of thoughtful planning.
At Sichel we have the experience. We have been perfecting the process since 1983. Our digitizer uses state-of-the-art digitizing software to insure quality embroidery. You can reach us at 818-255-0862 or click the FREE quote link below and fill out the short form.
