The frame locks into the industrial embroidery machine. Once the frame is in place the cap is ready to have your logo embroidered onto it. The reason the frame is so important is because it keeps the cap secure on the machine. This guarantees a clean, crisp embroidered logo. The frame also allows the embroidery machine to rotate the cap so that the logo can be evenly embroidered.
